BUTTERFLY STUDIES
This watercolor mini-project focuses on painting butterflies as a way to study both form and technique. I was particularly interested in observing fine details, such as delicate textures and soft, almost microscopic structures.
At the same time, the project became a way to explore a variety of watercolor strokes, work in miniature, and experiment with unexpected color combinations inspired by nature.
